Lucy Timbrell
Lucy Timbrell is an Adelaide-based printmaker whose vibrant linocut artworks explore the intricate relationships between humans, animals, and nature. Graduating from the Adelaide College of the Arts in 2012, she has since developed a distinctive style that blends stylised imagery with mythological and symbolic elements.

Her subjects frequently include native Australian birds, cityscapes, and other natural motifs, reflecting her deep connection to the environment. Notable series such as the Native Bird Series showcase her ability to capture the essence of local wildlife through dynamic compositions and rich colour palettes.

She teaches printmaking at the Ruth Tuck Art School and conducts workshops at various schools and art institutions, including the Murray Bridge Regional Gallery. Her commitment to nurturing creativity in others complements her artistic endeavors.
